| Business Analyst |
Symphony provides intensive and comprehensive training covering the Business Analysis function. A Business Analyst serves as a liaison between functional experts and technology experts. The program aims at preparing participants to be trained Business Analysts with a proper knowledge of the diverse and broad skills that are required to be effective in their role.
Participants will learn the roles and tasks of the Business Analyst and go through the complete Business Analysis process including Project Initiation, Requirements Definition and Quality Assurance/Testing. Participants will also get an Overview of Project Management. Examples and Case Studies will be used to effectively illustrate the principles being presented.

Day 3
- Quality Assurance & Testing
- Overview of Project Management

Throughout the course, software tools such as, MS Visio, MS Project, UML and Test Director will be introduced.
